This switch works ok, but if you want to use it with the energy efficient fluorescent bulbs forget it. This switch didn't work properly until we changed the bulbs to the incandescent type.

Works great but I installed it in my un heated garage and 2 times when it was really cold the lights stayed on all the time. It gets really cold here in Iowa, 20 below or more, and the cold seems to make it stay on at that temp but it works good when it gets above 0. Other than that it is real sensitive to motion if set correct for light and posistion. I bought it because the light switch is about 8 feet from the entrance door in my garage, and it got to be a hassle to stumble thruogh the dark to get to the switch to turn on the lights. It was easy to install and cheaper than having to rewire another switch by the door. It works good for me, I open the door and as soon as I step inside the lights come on, and will shut off at the time you set, unless it gets really cold. If not for that I would have give it 5 stars.

Works well but thought I was buying a white item as image, When delivered it was cream. Did not return the item as I use it in a closet so I can not comment on return procedure.
